Troubled actor Nick Stahl, who went missing for several days last month, has once again disappeared according to his wife Rose.

Stahl reemerged May 20th and announced that he was checking into rehab, which is where he was until leaving against doctors' advice last week.

He was staying with a friend, but went out Thursday night and hasn't been seen since.

"He's been missing for four days," Rose told E! News, but declined to speak further. An insider said hasn't contacted anyone since, and all his friends are "desperately looking for him."

Before he went missing, Stahl was seen walking around downtown Los Angeles, home to the infamously seedy Skid Row, the same district he had lost his way in last time.
