Underage UI Student Tries to Get Into Bar with Bouncer's Stolen ID
Steven J. Fiorella, a University of Iowa student from Chicago, was busted just past midnight on Monday trying to con his way into Iowa City's Union Bar with a stolen ID.
And he may have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for the fact that the stolen ID happened to belong to the guy checking ID's at the door.
The unidentified bouncer called the police and reported Fiorella, who was later found to also be carrying the man's debit and AAA cards. Fiorella told police he paid $20 for them at a party.
The 19-year-old now faces charges of fifth-degree theft and unlawful use of another's ID.
