Because apparently we now live in an age where every single scrap of pop-culture minutiae requires a non-trivial examination, venerable TV writer Ken Levine took up the task of tracking down Frasier theme song writer Bruce Miller to demand an answer to the age-old question: Just what are we supposed to do with those Tossed Salads and Scrambled Eggs that are callin' again.

Long story short, Miller recalled putting the same question to lyricist Darryl Phinnesse when he first saw the words, to which Phinnesse responded "that these were things that were ‘mixed up'…like Frasier Crane's patients."

So now you know.
