Texan stripper Sarah Tressler has been shamed into silence by the shocking revelation that, by day, she is a journalist. She is a society reporter for The Houston Chronicle.

The Houston Press reports that Tressler's thinly veiled stripper blog, "Diary of an Angry Stripper," has driven her Chronicle colleagues to fury. "She barely bothers to conceal her identity," the Press' source writes. "She 'flaunts' her 'stripper money' around the office."

Meanwhile, Tressler's stripper colleagues are "furious" to be sharing a pole with someone who cares about southern socialites. "It's embarrassing," one of her imaginary colleagues told me. "We're here to flaunt our bushes, not gossip about Bushes," she concluded the conversation we had in my head just now.

The Press adds that the Chronicle's staff worries Tressler is "just using them as fodder for a future roman a clef." One of 'em in every newsroom.*
