Mitt Romney Pledges His First Trip as President is to Israel
Mitt Romney plans on seducing a roomful of Jewish conservatives Wednesday at the Republican Jewish Coalition's
Presidential Candidates Forum (the same forum which banned Ron Paul from speaking over his egregious lack of tuchuslecker views). In a copy of the speech obtained by Haaretz, Romney pledges unilateral U.S. support — unlike Barack "Pre-1967 borders" Obama — but goes one further, promising his first trip out of the country would be to Bar Refaeli's birthplace.
"I will travel to Israel on my first foreign trip. I will reaffirm as a vital national interest Israel's existence as a Jewish state. I want the world to know that the bonds between Israel and the United States are unshakable," Romney will say.
You hear this? Mittens the Menschy Mormon is paying the homeland a visit, yet American Jews are goying it up stateside for the holidays!
Anyway, there's a campaign promise. Put it up on the big board. [Photo via Getty]
