Morgan Wilson, one of the finalists on the first season of Top Chef: Just Desserts, was indicted for possession of child pornography after downloading smutty material from the internet and sharing it with undercover cops. Looks like life for him isn't so sweet after all.

Wilson, who was the executive pastry chef at the Ritz Carlton in Dallas, was arrested on the charges in December and just was indicted earlier this month. He'll face a judge in a few days but I have a feeling that the person in the robes he faces isn't going to be nearly as forgiving as Gail Simmons.
