Poor Donald Trump! The all-American man of the people and real estate tycoon has sold his marble nightmare of a mansion in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. The home was listed for $12 million in 2010, but sold for a middling $7.5 million.

Trump had the 11,000-square-foot home constructed in the late 1990's when The Apprentice was but a dream on the wind, purchasing 300 acres upon which to build an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, and lavish home for himself. Always one for modesty, Donald quickly alienated locals for naming a neighborhood street after himself and insisting on 12-foot-tall ficus trees around his property. Trump, for his part, told the LA Times that residents in the community had tried to "stymie everything I do." He then stomped his feet and held his breath until he turned red. But all that's in the past now, and Rancho Palos Verdes will soon be officially Trump-free! Congrats, everyone!
