Last spring, a Chicago duo conducted bank robberies in The Town's crew's signature disguise, nun masks. Today, the NYPD announced the arrest of five men accused of burglarizing 62 small businesses in Brooklyn and Queens using Affleck's characters' techniques, including cutting off target locations' electricity, conducting robberies while wearing headlamps, and dousing ATMs and cash drawers with bleach to destroy DNA.
