Robert Ross, a former member of the Main Street Mafia Crips Gang in L.A., testified in court yesterday that seven other men from the gang abducted and robbed him in 2008 while trying to get their hands on a Shaquille O'Neal sex tape that Ross claims he has.

According to CNN, after Ross was pistol whipped and relieved of his Rolex, $15,000 cash and diamond earrings, the alleged kidnappers demanded the sex tape, which supposedly shows "O'Neal having sex with several women." CNN also notes that Ross, a "music promoter," said he'd tried to get some of his artists signed to Shaq's record label. Hmm.
