"Crack is whack" singer Whitney Houston is apparently in outpatient rehab for drugs and alcohol yet again. This is her third stint, but the first since 2005.

Since enrolling 10 days ago, Whitney's been out and about town with a monitor—even going on stage at a recent Prince concert in L.A. where we heard she was acting a little crazy—but during the day she's trying to get sober, possibly for a movie role. Godspeed, Whitney. Actually, maybe it's best to stay away from speed for awhile.
