This is a still from a porn film. See the brunette on the left? She's a clerical worker at a Quebec-area high school who was suspended after a student discovered her side job. And then asked for an autograph. Teenagers!

The woman, whose pornstar name is Samantha Ardente, asked the kid to keep it quiet. If you've ever met a teenage boy, you know what happened next: The entire school, including administrators, found out, and Ardente was sent home with a suspension.

Of course, she hasn't done anything illegal. But the school board, which is still figuring out what to do with her, says that (in the words of CTV) "her cinematic activities don't correspond with the values being taught at the school." The porn producer who puts out her films, Nicolas LaFleur (who's also been her main defender in the media), told CTV that "She's afraid for her job... She's worked for the school commission for several years now so this is serious for her."

Now, you might be feeling pretty bummed that a woman could lose her job over participating in a perfectly legal activity on personal time.

But consider this: Would you want your child taught by a porn star? Or, not taught, so much as, some of the documents pertaining to your child might be handled by a porn star. That really brings it home, doesn't it? What if administrators' schedules at your child's school were arranged by a porn star? That's just twenty or thirty steps away from your child literally being a porn star, a lucrative and entirely legal profession. Not so "sex-positive" now, are you!

In any event, you can see some very not-safe-for-work photographs of Ardente in action here. Her Facebook fan page is here, in case you want to leave a vaguely creepy note of support in French, as most people seem to be doing.
