Hana Lin, 26, was drinking beer with two friends in their 26th-floor apartment at 101 Warren St. in Tribeca (pictured) early Tuesday morning. They went on a beer run; when they came back, she was gone. She'd fallen over the balcony to her death.

A source at the scene suspected that Lin stumbled over the waist-high rail trying to retrieve her cellphone, which was found next to her.

This is only the latest incident of a Manhattan twentysomething plunging to his or her death from a balcony. Please, everyone: do not drink on balconies. Or lean over balcony railings. Or set foot on any balcony for any reason, lest it entirely fall off the building. Never forget that balconies will kill you.
