Update: Michael Lohan told Gossip Cop that the alleged incident occurred on December 12, when Lindsay was "10 minutes late for her curfew." A female technician "grabbed her" and "got forceful," causing Lindsay to respond, "Don't you put your hands on me!" and (quoting Gossip Cop) "physically brushed her off." Apparently the technician called the cops. LiLo and her curfew-breaking friends did a drug test, Michael claims, and "all tested negative."
