Chris DeWolfe's divorce is getting ugly. The MySpace co-founder and former CEO now has a restraining order barring contact with his wife and four-year-old daughter. There's also a gag order, reportedly, on unspecified allegations against him involving a minor.

RadarOnline.com says it's sitting on the "dirty details" because of the purported underage minor involved. The judge in the divorce case has sealed the file. Still, the AMI celebrity gossip site discloses that DeWolfe's soon-to-be-ex wife Lorraine filed complaints with Los Angeles police and the Department of Children and Family Services. The reader, presumably, is meant to read between the lines.

The only clear read, though, is "nasty breakup." Divorce cases are notoriously vicious, and mudslinging is par for the course. It's worth noting that DeWolfe, who sold his pioneering social network for $580 million, separated from his wife all the way back in 2008 or earlier. He was still playing the field in 2009 when two different tabloid reports had him making out with Paris Hilton at Sundance ("Altitude affects your brain," his flack quipped). A few months later, DeWolfe left his very well paid gig at News Corp. With his wealth relatively stable now, it's time to divide up the spoils with the ex. That will apparently prove to be a painful process.
