Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested yesterday in Atlanta after an off-duty cop saw him driving recklessly in a white Hummer. Police later found Gucci yelling at someone in a parking lot, tried to subdue him, then pepper sprayed him.

Gucci allegedly punched the person he was yelling at after officers arrived. After being pepper sprayed, he was taken to a hospital for treatment and then booked on a long list of charges: "driving on the wrong side of the road, running a red light or stop sign, damage to government property, obstruction, no license, no proof of insurance and other traffic charges," according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. But these latest charges are tame, comparatively:

Mane's arrest comes just a few months after he was he was released from the Fulton County Jail for violating his parole. Records show he has been in the Fulton County Jail at least five times since 2005 on drug, aggravated assault or aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges.
