This morning on Today, the show's anchors took dressing up for this weekend's holiday to the extreme. Superman, Lady Gaga, and Justin Bieber were among their choices — and Tina Fey and Will Ferrell came dressed as their Megamind characters. But nothing was as, er, surprising as Natalie Morales' Justin Bieber.
