Oh dear. Cincinnati police have released cellphone video of a 21-year-old mother coaching her two-year-old daughter to smoke what appears to be a joint. The tape was sent to Family Services by a concerned person who witnessed the incident.

Now that police have the tape they have identified the mother and she could face up to eleven years in prison. What we're confused by is what's up with all the smoking babies recently? There's bong baby and cigarette baby and now this. Have babies just recently started smoking, or have they always been smoking, only it's suddenly become trendy to report on them? Troubling either way, really.
