A few questions arise when watching this 90s training video from Wendy's to its female cashiers. Why are all of the employees girls? What's so important about the drinks? Perhaps most importantly—what about the frostees?
The lyrics are all about service with a smile, listening to the guests when they're ordering, and looking presentable at the workplace. However, the most important point here is clearly about the drinks. But why? Did Wendy's get a new line of soft drinks this year? Were employees forgetting to serve said drinks? And seriously— were all of the cashiers young ladies? The logistics don't really matter if you take this video for what it is—an infectious and ridiculous viral video.
