Conde Nast yesterday announced its plans to move its headquarters from Times Square to the new and improved World Trade Center. And today all you hear is Conde employees complaining about it. Are their complaints well-founded? Or are they yellow?

One staffer tells Keith Kelly that "Everybody is pretty bummed out about it. Nobody wants to move down there." OH? But why?

Another staffer lets slip the real reason to Zeke Turner: terror. "I did have a flash of concern. Of all the addresses in the world, do I really want mine to be One World Trade Center?"

"If I'm still here by then, just shoot me," says another. Oh, somebody might. Somebody might.
