Andrew Breitbart Offers $100k for Full JournoList Archives
Conservative activist or news aggregator or whatever he calls himself Andrew Breitbart wants to expose the "Democrat-Media Complex" and will pay a $100,000 bounty to whomever can get him the full archives of the private (mostly) liberal listserve, JournoList.
JournoList, the off-the-record "secret cabal" listserve of 400 prominent liberals and their friends, was shuttered last week by founder and Washington Post blogger Ezra Klein after one of its members anonymously leaked silly but kinda mean contributions from Klein's colleague Dave Weigel, costing Weigel his job at the Post.
Now Andrew Breitbart, writing on his Big Journalism site, is offering someone $100,000 for JournoList's entire archives. It's a small price to pay to destroy liberalism forever.
I've had $100,000 burning in my pocket for the last three months and I'd really like to spend it on a worthy cause. So how about this: in the interests of journalistic transparency, and to offer the American public a unique insight in the workings of the Democrat-Media Complex, I'm offering $100,000 for the full "JournoList" archive, source fully protected. Now there's an offer somebody can't refuse.
The hunt is on. Once every American is able to read the many long emails from Joe Klein casually pondering the effectiveness of having liberal challengers primary incumbent Democrats, the political scene will fundamentally change.
