Tonight, Jon Stewart called out President Obama for not only not living up to his campaign-era promises to reverse many of the Bush Administration's war-related human rights policies, but also attempting to introduce new, even more harsh ones. Video inside.

Using video of Obama's pre-election victory promises related to everything from habeas corpus, to protection for whistleblowers, to Miranda rights and more, and cutting them with recent news reports revealing the fact that he's not lived up to a single one of them, Stewart painted a biting, grim picture that—for Obama—couldn't come at a worse time.
