Barack Obama's Big Government is soliciting propaganda videos from Americans to help him explain how rules are made and how everyday people can help him destroy White Culture and free enterprise. The Heritage Foundation made a wacky one.

Conservatives hate big government and the agencies that enforce regulations on nice companies like BP and Halliburton. The Obama feds, and their liberal backers, want to "regulate Cheerios" and kill jobs! But true Patriots hate rules. So when the EPA announced a video contest to explain government rulemaking, the crazy, lovable Heritage Foundation produced one. This line, from the EPA's commie website, must have really angered the Heritage people:

This video contest is your opportunity to explain federal rulemaking and motivate others to participate in the rulemaking process.
