Greyson Chance, the 12-year-old boy who became an overnight Internet sensation thanks to an amateur video of him covering Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi," made his television debut today on Ellen. Inside, video of Greyson's performance, and a surprise call from Gaga!

DeGeneres chatted with Greyson before his performance. When she asked him what it is about Gaga that inspires him, Greyson answered before DeGeneres surprised him—and everyone else—by bringing Gaga herself into the conversation, via the telephone (I suppose she wasn't k-kinda busy).

Later, Greyson performed "Paparazzi" with as much effortless talent as he did the first time America instantaneously fell in love with him.

Is Greyson the next Justin Bieber? (That's supposed to be a compliment, right?) Who knows. One thing's for sure, though—the kid knows how to put on a show.
