Lil' Wayne's legal troubles continue, it seems. A record producer is suing the already imprisoned rapper (and blogger!), claiming Wayne's record company owes him $500,000 in royalties for "Lollipop," the 2009 Grammy winner for Best Rap Song.

Jim Jonsin, whose real names is James Scheffer, filed a lawsuit against Young Money Entertainment—Lil' Wayne's record company—in Manhattan federal court earlier this week. Lil' Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, isn't personally named in the suit. But according to the complaint, the "hugely successful" song was downloaded more than four million times and sold as a ringtone more than four million times, and yet Wayne's company failed to make royalty payments or hand over accurate accounting statements to Scheffer.

This lawsuit may be the least of Wayne's legal problems, of course. He's currently at Rikers serving a one-year prison sentence for a felony weapons charge. But at least he has a Grammy!
