Maurice DuBois
A man who has hosted or filled in on nearly every CBS News program, DuBois is the velvety-smooth co-anchor of CBS 2 News at 5 and 11.
Born and raised in Long Island, after graduating from Northwestern, DuBois got his first job in journalism as a desk assistant at a local Seattle station. His safely attractive face landed him in front of the camera, and he worked as an anchor in Chicago and San Francisco before making his way to New York with WNBC. During his seven years with NBC, he co-hosted gab-fest Good Day, New York but also found his way onto more niche shows like Four Stories, a news magazine focusing on community heroes, and Mind Over Media, a show for CourtTV that helped students "understand messages from the media." Although he sometimes got the prime gig of a substitute on the Today show, DuBois moved from one station's fluff to another, as he switched from NBC to CBS. After co-hosting the morning and noon slots, he's since moved up to the more hard-hitting material on the evening and late night broadcasts. [Image via Getty]
