Publishing vet Ed Menicheschi is the vice president and publisher of Vanity Fair, the Condé Nast title edited by Graydon Carter.

An FIT graduate, Meinicheschi got his start in the magazine world at GQ, where he also edited the retail trade publication GQ News. He graduated to the big leagues as an executive editor and associate publisher of Vogue before jumping ship from Condé Nast to rival Fairchild as the president of WWD Media Worldwide. Overseeing the daily operations along with sales and marketing of Women's Wear Daily, Fairchild's flagship brand, along with WWD.com, DNR, and Footwear News, Menicheschi stuck with Fairchild for five years before coming back to Condé Nast to publish one of their most prestigious titles, Vanity Fair. Under his watchful eye, Menicheschi has infused even more A-list celebrity controversies and pictorials in VF's pages. [Image via Getty]
