ABC News Is Paying Accused Baby-Killer's Legal Bills
TVNewser reports that, according to documents filed in a Florida court today, ABC News paid $200,000 to the family of accused toddler-killer Casey Anthony in exchange for photos of the toddler she allegedly murdered.
The money went to Anthony's legal defense—her lawyers have spent a total of $275,000 so far, 72% of which came from ABC News. They sure have one class outfit over there.
An ABC News spokesman confirmed to TV Newser that the network did license Anthony family home videos and pictures, but said "no use of the material was tied to any interview," which is a desperate lie.
