It was revealed with much fanfare that Paul Sevigny will be part of the team behind new space Kenmare. The B-word was used repeatedly. But the space is still not the true successor to Sevigny's much-missed Beatrice Inn.

"It's primarily a restaurant," a source tells us. "It's going to be open until midnight on weekdays and maybe 2am on weekends." Which is about the time that people started to trickle in to Beatrice. Plans for a late night spot north of Soho, which may still include the very furniture from the Inn, are still moving ahead, we hear. Be patient, people.
