Bristol Palin, whose mom has a best-selling book for which she was paid a $5 million advance and who is now a paid contributor to Fox News, is going after her unemployed ex-boyfriend for the cash he made posing naked.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Bristol's lawyer believes Levi made more than $105,000 last year, and she would like $1,750 a month in child support. Which is not that unreasonable, assuming Levi pulled in that much in 2009, but come on—her future earning power looks a lot brighter than his. Seriously, that pistachio money is going to run out long before her "ironic abstinence spokesperson" gig ends.
