Howard Stern went on Late Night With Conan O'Brien in late 2006 to promote Sirius radio. But during his appearance, Stern decided to discuss Jay's impending departure from The Tonight Show. Mainly that he wasn't buying it for a second.

Stern has always been known to cut through all of the bullshit. He cut through it all last week when he lambasted Jay Leno, and he cut through it in his appearance on Late Night. Howard tells Conan straight up, "You should be very concerned about this." Conan, visibly uncomfortable, replies with "You're concerned, what about me!" Well, we guess both of their fears were completely validated.
