Tommy Hilfiger tried to sell his Plaza duplex for $50 million last fall. A buyer never came along to take it off his hands, though, and he pulled the listing last December. Now he's gearing up to move in. Hilfiger and his wife, Dee, who are expecting a son in a few weeks, are working with interior designer Cindy Rinfret on the decor, and the family will move into the 6,000-square-foot spread sometime this fall.
