Google's share price cross $700 this morning. Of course analysts at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, AmTech Securities and Pacific Crest have all already raised their price targets to $800 or above. [Seeking Alpha]

First, I sold at ~$530, though purchasing FXI in exchange for GOOG was probably still a good idea.

Second, GOOG has solidly cleared the CSCO market cap.

Finally... I wouldn't buy in. Facebook might be serious competition, and there's a lot of weight behind them. A one hit wonder like Google shouldn't have a market cap that high. GOOG passing CSCO is like Ok Go passing Foo Fighters in YouTube views.

Who gives a rat's ass? I can name at least a half dozen stocks that have outperformeed Google since Google's IPO. What is the fascination with this company?
