TVPredictions.com annual Swanni Awards are a purely aesthetic competition, fêting the best and worst in celebrities' complexions when viewed through the unforgiving filter of a high-definition broadcast. As with any Hollywood trophy ceremony, there are bound to be blatant oversights: Passed over for an HD Horrible this year is Battlestar Galactica's Cmdr. William Adama—aka Edward James Olmos—edged out once again in the Best Male Craggly Facial Terrain category by perennial favorite Ray Liotta. This year's top eyesore and eye candy awards went to:

Swanni's 2006 'HD Horribles' 1. Rosie O'Donnell
 The loud-mouthed comedienne recently joined the cast of ABC's The View, but lemme tell ya, no one enjoys the view of Rosie in high-def. Most people use a wash cloth to clean their face; but Rosie looks like she uses a Brillo pad. Her face is extremely coarse and rough-looking in high-def, particularly when she sits next to the youthful and vibrant countenance of Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

 1. Scarlett Johansson
 The 'H' in HDTV stands for Heaven when you gaze upon the sultry Scarlett. The 21-year-old actress has the most luscious lips on the planet. And how about the rest of her? She's so beautiful in high-def that she almost persuaded fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi to change more than his clothes at the 2006 Golden Globes.
