The Matter Of Spears Vs. High Chair
The Scoop notes baby-durability-tester Britney Spears may sue the makers of the high chair that her 7-month-old son was sitting in moments before a failed escape attempt resulted in a non-serious infant skull fractures and subsequent visit from family services:
A nanny was taking the seven-month-old tot from his high chair earlier this month when "something snapped," according to a report in People magazine.
Baby Sean Preston was taken to the hospital, where he was deemed okay, but now Spears is looking into suing the maker of the chair, according to In Touch Weekly. "The chair's back broke," a "family insider" explained to the mag. "She's going to see if there was a fault in the chair."
We can't imagine the suit will have much merit, especially once Kevin Federline confesses to using the high chair as a makeshift springboard for his latest airbound krumping moves, in preparation for his as-yet-unannounced, unsponsored and ultimately unattended "Playing With Fire" world tour.
