Only because we want to provide you with all the information you might need for effective stalking of Graydon Carter or Anna Wintour, we feel obliged to pass along an admittedly fairly boring internal Conde Nast memo from earlier in the week. It's real-estate news:

Beginning later this month, 1166 Sixth Avenue will become Conde Nast's third major location in New York City, along with 4 Times Square and 750 Third Avenue.

You don't really care about this, because 1166 Sixth will contain only CNP departments you're indifferent to — CondeNet, market research, IT. But there's one bit of interesting detail: Starting this summer, the same card allows access to all three CNP locations in Manhattan and can be used in all three cafeterias.

We're sure Anna will love it when the IT guys show up at the International Table.

The full staff memo is after the jump.

Beginning later this month, 1166 Sixth Avenue will become Conde Nast's third major location in New York City, along with 4 Times Square and 750 Third Avenue.

Conde Nast is leasing six floors (14 - 19) at 1166 Sixth Avenue and we will begin to occupy the space on April 21st when CondeNet moves. In addition, our NYC-based Corporate Shared Services groups currently at 1440 Broadway (IS&T, Strategic Sourcing, Market Research and Consumer Marketing) will join CondeNet at 1166 Sixth Avenue in September.

The new offices, located on Sixth Avenue between 45th and 46th Streets, were recently renovated and the interiors reflect our high standards for office space. The IS&T team has installed state-of-the-art technology and the building is equipped with advanced safety systems.

Finally, beginning this summer, Cond Nast employees will be able to use one common card for access to all three New York locations and for food purchases in our cafeterias at 750 Third Avenue and 4 Times Square.
