Colombia's president can order its army to stand down, as onetime action hero/hotheaded drug czar Bruce Willis has called off a US attack of the South American nation to cripple the illegal cocaine trade. He tells Rush & Molloy:

"I spoke to the Colombians," he tells us. "It's fine. I get passionate sometimes....

"I said Colombia because it was the first country to come to mind.... [The drug problem] has as much to do with what's going on in this country. If there wasn't a demand, there wouldn't be a supply."

While it's nice that Willis has retracted his invasion plans, we're stilling waiting for him to apologize to cocaine itself, the Studio Executive Marching Powder whose influence was obviously instrumental in greenlighting the movies that made him a star in the late '80s.
