It's Not Easy Being 'Columnist of the Year'
It's a tough week for all Americans. And it's a particularly tough week for braying Bush-apologist rightwing nutjobs — like Post columnist Andrea Peyser.
But she's up for the challenge. Peyser took a deep breath this morning and charged into the abyss, pulling off the amazing feat of writing a column headlined "Paralyzed by Inaction Amid Apocalypse" without once mentioning whose inaction exactly — the president's, perhaps? Congress's? The Department of Homeland Security's? The military's and National Guard's, who are otherwise occupied halfway around the world? — is causing this paralysis.
She earns that "Columnist of the Year" title every day, bitch.
