We originally thought Bloomberg was a twat for nixing a graffiti block party involving old subway cars. Now that the party's been approved, however, we can see that the controversial subway cars are really just replicas of side panels. All that fuss was simply about spray-painting one-dimensional, fake subway cars? Yep. So now we're shifting our opinion on Bloomberg, from twat to fucking ridiculous twat.
