I would like to know which designer Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) was wearing when she arrived to Paris. It was in black and white in 5th episode of the 6th season, and what stores it's available.

Dear Gentle Reader,

Sarah Jessica Parker was wearing a relic from the 80's that costumer Patricia Field (herself a relic from the 80's, incidentally) found one recent evening on a size one homeless woman up in Hunts Point. Ms. Field purchased this outfit from the homeless woman for a handful of trinkets and beads — the same amount paid to the native Wappinger tribe for the island of Manhattan, as a matter of fact. Ms. Field was keeping the outfit for her own amusement, but one night, while she was toking on a big ol' doobie, she came up with an evil plan. 'Yes,' she cackled in her mind, 'I will make Sarah Jessica Parker wear this completely dubious article of clothing in the penultimate episode of Sex and the City.' That's just how Ms. Field is. She's like Cruella DeVille on acid, only funner.

I hope this was of some assistance, and thank you for writing in.
