Snowden did condemn himself for a difficult life. He gave up a lot to tell the American people what was being done in their name.

And now he's being charged with treason because the american people are enemies of the state.

I don't care that he's some smarmy, self-congratulatory, libertarian asshole. He's still a national hero in my book.
