The State of the Union Is Who the Hell Gave Kim Davis a Ticket?
In a fantastic troll perpetrated by an unnamed congressman and the Family Research Council, Kim Davis will attend tonight’s State of the Union address to deliver a truly, uplifting message: No matter how ignorant or rude you are, you can still get access to our nation’s leaders.
Which is not to say whoever invited her is proud of what he—or she!—has done. Despite issuing a bragging press release for Davis and her consonant-challenged attorney, Mat Staver, Liberty Counsel spokesperson Charla Bansley declined to publicly assign blame, telling BuzzFeed, “We are not publicizing what Congressmen invited Kim and Mat.”
