In a lucrative scheme to exhume Michael Jackson's corpse and make it moonwalk one more time, Epic Records has announced that a posthumous MJ album entitled Xscape is due out May 13.

The 8-song record, the brainchild of Epic CEO L.A. Reid, uses finished vocals the King of Pop left behind when he died of a tragic propofol-and-benzo-induced heart attack nearly 5 years ago.

Reid called in a team of producers led by Timbaland to "contemporize" the old tracks for 2014 consumption.

"Michael left behind some musical performances that we take great pride in presenting through the vision of music producers that he either worked directly with or expressed strong desire to work with," Reid said in a statement. "We are extremely proud and honored to present this music to the world."

It's shameless, a little gross, and an obvious play to exploit Jackson's legacy, P. Diddy-style. It will sell a billion copies.
