• Flavio Briatore, the Italian mogul, racing car enthusiast, and Heidi Klum's baby daddy, has dropped the price of his penthouse at One Beacon Court. The 4,485-square-foot condo, which Briatore put on the market for $25 million in September 2008, is now listed for $23 million.
