Liliane Bettencourt, heir to the L'Oreal fortune and the second richest person in France, is 87. And Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu turns 60 today.

Liliane Bettencourt, who London's Times describes as "the world’s wealthiest woman and heiress to the L'Oreal empire," is another victim of Madoff. Amazingly, this is probably the least of her current problems.
