Dominick Dunne's Former Penthouse Goes Up for Sale

Dominick Dunne's Connecticut estate was put up for sale in early October and has been reduced by more than $500,000 since then. (It's currently listed for $1.49 million.) Now the late Vanity Fair scribe's Manhattan apartment has hit the market. • Abigail Wexner, the wife of apparel billionaire Les Wexner, has sold a two-bedroom apartment at 910 Fifth Avenue for $2.4 million. The sixth-floor co-op first went on the market for $3.8 million back in 2007. [Cityfile]

Girard bought the two-bedroom condo for $4.74 million in March and put it up for sale three months later for $6.95 million, before pulling it off the market in September. Jeffrey Epstein was released from a Florida prison last week for soliciting underage girls for sex, which means he is now free to pursue the "philanthropic endeavors" that his lawyer says he's been eager to get back to. What these good deeds will consist of isn't clear, but perhaps one item on the agenda will be focusing his attention on "exonerating the wrongfully convicted" and "reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice"?

Les Wexner, the CEO of Limited Brands (and onetime mentor to Jeffrey Epstein), has "discreetly" listed his five-bedroom apartment at 834 Fifth Avenue for $60 million with brokers Serena Boardman and Larry Kaiser.
