Couple Killed by Fumes After Having Sex in Running Car

A man and woman were found dead in Glencoe, Kentucky last Thursday after they left a parked car running so they could stay warm while they had sex, WCPO reports. It was 40 degrees out in Glencoe that night. Sheriffs say the two were killed by carbon monoxide that seeped in through a small hole in the sedan’s rusted exhaust pipe.

Two Louisville teenagers were killed this past Saturday after the car they were traveling in was hit by an oncoming train. Witnesses say the car ignored flashing warning signs and blaring alarms before speeding onto the tracks. The two passengers closest to the impact were pronounced dead at the scene; two others remain in critical condition.

Susan Sherman quit her job at St. Margaret Mary Catholic School in Louisville, Ken. this week after the school—fearing Ebola—demanded she take "precautionary leave" and place herself into 21-day quarantine following her mission trip to Kenya. There apparently was "strong parent concerns" that Sherman might have been exposed to Ebola, even though Kenya is on the opposite end of the continent from where the virus has been spreading.
