Can't say we've ever heard a comparison between Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and English wizard Harry Potter before. But it kind of makes sense, doesn't it? No, not really. But we thank old Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch for making it anyway!

Now that Elena Kagan is on the Supreme Court bench, it's vital that she learn how to shoot a gun. That, perhaps, is why fellow Justice Antonin Scalia supposedly took Kagan to a Virginia shooting range last week.

After some snoozy confirmation hearings in which she didn't say anything, Elena Kagan has earned herself a seat on the nation's highest court, the Supreme Court! The final Senate vote was 63-37. Congratulations to Elena Kagan!
