David Barton Gym, the very fancy (and very gay) discotechque/gym chain, is $65 million in debt and bankrupt. The company signed a deal to remain open, though, so Anderson Cooper still has a place to work on those guns.

Two trainers have filed a lawsuit against nightclub/workout emporium David Barton Gym, claiming they were harassed and later fired because they're lesbians. We've heard of harassment at this gym before, but it's usually of straight guys in the locker room.

Anderson Cooper was seen "rapidly texting" on his cell phone in the bathroom of the cruisey David Barton Gym in Chelsea. Or at least we think that's what E!'s Ted Casablanca is saying, but we can't be sure since we rarely understand anything Casablanca says. Assuming it's true, though, you can also assume that whatever Cooper was writing couldn't have been any smuttier than anything his mom has written recently. [E!]
