Yassky Re-Lists on East 78th, A Big Sale at 15 CPW

• Developer Charles Yassky has put his townhouse back on the market—and he's looking for $2 million more than he was seeking last fall. Yassky purchased 122 East 78th Street in mid-2008 for $13.2 million. He put it back on the market with Paula Del Nunzio just two weeks later for $18.9 million, before dropping the price to $16.9 million in November and eventually taking it off the market altogether in April. • Roberta Campbell, the wife of former Intuit CEO William Campbell, has paid $17.5 million for an 11th-floor condo at 15 Central Park West. Campbell bought the apartment from Paula Lascano, who paid $14.2 million for the four-bedroom pad in March 2008. [Real Deal]

Albert Hammond Jr. Looks For a Buyer—Again

Albert Hammond Jr.'s East Village apartment has gone back on the market. Hammond originally listed the two-bedroom pad at 141 East 3rd Street for $1.199 million last August, and went into contract to sell it before the buyer dropped out. He later re-listed it for $999,000, but then took it off the market altogether in January. It's now back—and cheaper than ever. Hammond's apartment can be yours for $899,000. [Cityfile, Corcoran]
• Warhol muse Jane Holzer has finally closed on the sale of her apartment at 23 East 74th Street. The five-bedroom home, which hit the market last June for $22.5 million, had been reduced to $16.9 million by the time it went into contract in March. The deal has now closed: Apparel mogul Jason Rabin and his wife Nicole picked up the apartment for $14.1 million. [Cityfile]

Columbia J-Schoolers, Meet Ben Bradlee

The speaker at this year's Columbia J-School commencement is former Washington Post executive editor and current WaPo VP Ben Bradlee, he of Deep Throat knowledge and Pentagon Papers-publishing, as Columbia Dean of Students Sree Sreenivasan wrote in an email to students yesterday. But do all of the J-schoolers know who Bradlee is? Sreenivasan's email seemed to imply they sure might not.
