I was in Italy for the last couple weeks, and I saw a lot of fine art. But it was all basically bullshit compared to the Fine Art of John McNaughton, painter and patriot, whose newest masterpiece "The Empowered Man" welcomes me home like a bald eagle with the head of the Statue of Liberty, whistling the solo from "Hotel California" and embracing me between its powerful, masculine wings.

An Italian art historian claims some of the images depicted in Michelangelo's "Last Judgment"—the fresco on the wall of the Sistine Chapel—were inspired by acts the artist witnessed in homosexual bathhouses. Let's take a closer look, shall we?

Before humans took pictures of cats, added funny captions, and spent their free time viewing said photos on the internet, our early ancestors enjoyed painting depictions of dogs. These early LOLDog paintings lacked captions and are much rarer than LOLCats—which is probably why the painting to the left fetched $66,000 at an auction last night. It's true. Britney Spears kissed Madonnas. Now she's talking in a fake British accent, like Madonna. And, upon reflection, she's even beginning to look like the Madonna. The reasons or "push factors" are myriad but at least some of this must have to do with a realisation that if she's to endure, she'll have to switch sides in the great Virgin Mother/Whore debate.
